The most common reason for receiving duplicate mailings is that you have two accounts at eNature, each with a different e-mail address. (Note: We do not allow more than one account per e-mail address.)
Often, the e-mail address from one account is forwarding to the other e-mail address, which makes it appear as though they are both being sent to the same address.
If you like, we can check this for you. Please e-mail support@enature.com with a list of possible e-mail addresses that may be causing this. Make sure you indicate which address you would like to discontinue.
