Habitat Restricted mainly to Pribilof and Aleutian Islands, where resident. Easy to see on St. Paul Island, Pribilofs.

Discussion Has mainly glossy black plumage, with brownish wings and white thigh patch when breeding. Compared to similar but smaller Pelagic Cormorant, has larger, blue-based bill and brighter, more extensive red facial skin, particularly when breeding.
