Description Native perennial. Branching, erect, 3-6 ft height. Leaf: pinnate, with rounded toothed leaflets, white and woolly underneath, 4 inches long. Flower: Fuzzy white clusters on thick rays form a wooly umbel white umbel 3-4" across. Fruit: paired bodies 1/4-1/2 inch long each containing a seed.
Blooms June to November.
Also known as Henderson's angelica.
Habitat Coastal habitats such as sage scrub, sea cliffs and sand dunes.
Range West coast of US.: Washington, Oregon, and Nevada.
