Description Underside of tail is grayish from mixing of black and white hairs. Back is pale brown to blackish. Eye ring and belly are whitish.

Habitat Deserts


Range Southwest


Discussion Often sits erect on hind feet. Runs with tail held vertically. Burrows under shrubs in a variety of desert habitats.
