Sounds like a Raccoon raid. Raccoons will often attack several birds and leave most of the carcasses uneaten. Great Horned Owls will also take heads and necks, but the multiple kills is a Raccoon trademark. You need to fix the coop, they WILL be back. Read the attached article for much more information.
