Olive-green bird with orange beak?

I spotted an unusual looking bird in my company's parking lot; it was hopping between two parked cars' side mirrors. It was about the size of a robin with smooth, olive-green feathers with an iridescent orange cast, particularly on the belly. It had a very bright orange beak. I didn't notice the color of the legs or eyes, but there were no other markings such as stripes or a different wing color. What is this?

The only bird the matches your description is the female or immature Northern Cardinal, which I feel certain is what you saw.
