We bought a home 100 yards from the Atlantic Ocean in 2000 .There was 1 palm ,red bay , natal plum and Lots of sandspurs when we moved in ! We brought in tons of soil, dozens of native sabal palms, coonties ,palmettos ,shrubs, native flowers etc.Installed large ponds in the front courtyard and in the back .Organic and sodless , Our garden is ALIVE .Filled with the sounds and sights of wildlife ,It is a joy to share with the plants and animals who also call it "Home"
